When you choose eGardenRooms, we will visit the property and working with you, will go through exactly what your requirements are to create your dream eGardenRoom. We then work with our architect to create exactly the look for you and quote the complete cost.

eGardenRooms are designed to be constructed within local authority permitted development however there may be times when you may require planning permission. For example, if you live in a conservation area. Our team will work with you and the local authority to ensure that the necessary permission is obtained before we start construction.

We strive to make sure that your eGardenRoom experience is as hassle free as possible. Once everything is complete and you have accepted your personalised quote, we will endeavour to begin construction within 6-8 weeks.

Usually our eGardenRooms take approximately 2 weeks to build with the minimum amount of inconvenience to you.
